QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree from an Architectural Design program.
0-3 years practical experience in documentation and architectural design.
In process of acquiring AXP hours with intention to pursue exams and licensure.
Understanding of the construction process, techniques, materials, and standards.
Ability to assist a team in the documentation and/or design of a project.
Possess high aptitude for presentation skills, both verbally and graphically, utilizing programs such as Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with project team to translate design concepts into cost-effective and innovation solutions by applying knowledge of building materials and methods of construction.
Assist in developing designs and sketches into 3D models and construction documents within established deadlines and budget.
Regularly monitor and track internal deadlines set by Project Manager and Senior Architectural Designer to ensure timely project delivery.
Aid Project Architect in submittal reviews, RFIs, and ASIs as needed.
