(Junior) Art Director Editorial Design with focus on Information Design (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed studies in a design-centered field (e.g. communication design, media design, …)
• Several years of professional work experience / knowledge in the field of information design is an advantage
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and especially InDesign
• Good knowledge of typography and creating graphic concept
• Structured and well-organized way of working
• Interested in learning about new tools and enthusiastic about new things
• Good English and German skills required
• Please note that only applicants with a portfolio can be considered
• Berlin as a location is also possible

• Conception and design of client projects: Whitepapers, banners, brochures, infographics, etc.
• Layout, final artwork and data handling as well as creating print templates
• Visualization of projects with individually created graphics, illustrations and icons
• Management of own projects and tasks in an independent manner
• Close collaboration with the editorial and graphics team
• Project-related guidance of juniors and graphic designers
