As a member of our Banking & Finance team in Luxembourg, you will work in a wide range of cross-border finance transactions (including acquisition financing, asset financing, structured finance, and debt (re)structuring) and financial sector regulatory matters..
In order to support the growth of our practice and its team of lawyers, we are looking for a Junior Associate with passion to deliver top-notch work
Job description

As part of a young, dynamic and growing team, you will:

  • work with many different people on diversified and high-level cases, banking and finance transactions and regulatory matters. You will handle these files and projects independently;
  • assist different clients on large, national, and international projects with fellow associates and partners from our various practice areas within the Benelux offices;
  • manage these transactions with the assistance of a more senior associate or partner, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate
You have a European law degree, ideally completed with a Master or a post-graduate degree from an EU university (LL.M.). Relevant legal experience of up to 3 years is welcome, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm. However, we will also consider applications from candidates fresh from university or in the process of either taking or completing the CCDL.
You are member of a European bar or envisage a European bar registration (preferably Luxembourg bar), and are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus. You are focused on client relationship and high-quality advice, and have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
