Description:
Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgement when conducting engineering activities.
- With additional experience within one functional area, assists in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involved conventional types of plans, investigations, and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.
- Learn skills in the use of Engineering applications and tools to enable delivery against engineering activities, including but not limited to, configuration tools, data analysis, modelling tools, and design tools
- Work both within and to the requirements of the Navy Seaworthiness Framework and an Authorised Engineering Authorisation (AEO).
