Description:

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Junior Brand Manager - VIE Contract (W/M/D)
Target start date: 01/06/2024

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordination and administrative support of projects to accompany numerous ongoing changes.
  • Brand planning: hand in hand with the brand manager for the established and new brands (pediatric and meningococcal vaccines), preparation and implementation of operational marketing activities.
  • Preparation of performance analysis to support in gaining impact.
  • Preparation of marketing materials/campaigns - coordination with other departments (Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Communication, Event Management) and agencies.
  • Contribution to Sales meetings.
  • Contribution to brand planning exercise - at German level and in interaction with global teams.
  • Market analysis - in coordination with the analytics department.
  • Analysis of marketing activities impact.
  • Monitoring of performance in regards of key indicators.

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in similar position.
  • Previous Pharma/Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Extended MS Office Knowledge including presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and very good command of German (at least B2).
  • Project management-skills.
  • Being proactive, solution-focused, self-confident, and knowing how to prioritize.
  • Being able to process and present complex topics in an understandable and structured way.
  • Have social competence, communication skills and be a team player.
  • Willing to work transversally.
  • Experience with new ways of working.
  • Good skills in developing a variety of written and digital materials for audiences with different levels of understanding to the materials or subject matters presented.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology especially about the new digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent computer skills, including developing graphics for presentation materials.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
