Your role:

  • Supporting creation, development and optimization of sales forecasts and plans for the EMEA region
  • Management of the sales pipeline and implementation of project controlling (sales expectations, early warning system, project success measurement)
  • Identification of process improvements and their implementation
  • Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Controlling and Master Data Management
  • Support S4Hana implementation in regard of reporting
  • Support Salesforce implementation in Sales and Internal Sales
  • Creating reporting and reporting structure in Salesforce for EMEAI
  • Pipeline projection for business
  • Support PowerBi implementation and global dashboard design
  • Support training of sales department to use Business Intelligence tools, Salesforce
  • Support Ad-hoc analysis with business relevant KPI’s
  • Support project teams with sales related KPI’s

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Controlling/Finance/Consulting or a comparable position
  • Quick comprehension of business processes and organizational contexts
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Fluent in English; German language is nice to have but not required
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP knowledge (BW/CO/DP) is advantageous
