Responsibilities:
At Mivada, we seek Junior Business Analysts who will work closely with our clients to develop a fundamental understanding of their business strategies, processes, services, and operational environment. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges, facilitating workshops and collaborating with both clients and technical teams to deliver simplified and sustainable solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their primary challenges and objectives.

Assist in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Co-Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and disseminate business requirements.

Support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs, addressing complex problems across various technologies.

Help document conceptual designs and functional specifications to clearly communicate the desired outcomes of projects.

Translate business requirements from stakeholders to the technical development team under the guidance of senior analysts.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement solutions that align with business goals.

Contribute to prioritizing enhancements for the ongoing development of products and services.

Engage with key decision-makers and Subject Matter Experts within client organizations, providing support and contributing to influential discussions.

Support the creation of user test cases and validate testing results to ensure solutions meet the business needs.
