Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a regulated company, Exante has to stick to dedicated regulations for capital market participants. This is one of the most important Exante obligations.
To efficiently manage and control transaction reporting and keep related entities in compliance with EU legislation , Junior Business Operations Reporting Officer must perform a wide range of job duties and responsibilities.
Reporting line: Head of Regulatory Reporting
Location: South Africa
Worksite: remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor Regulators activities to stay on edge of current EU legislation
  • Perform daily monitoring of reporting processes
  • Cope with reporting errors and omissions
  • Develop reporting systems to decrease amount of errors
  • Perform intercompany communications with different departments, including IT and Compliance
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting
  • Keep maintenance of effective quality business processes documentation
  • Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction
