ABOUT THE POSITION:

Looking for an impactful role in a fun and dynamic workplace? Kron Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of cost-effective high speed cameras and accessories for academia, R&D and the film and television industry, is seeking a Junior Camera Sales Associate.
As a Junior Camera Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for new inquiries and will aid in the facilitation of qualifying leads. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing camera/lens/lighting recommendations and educating leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cameras, lenses and lighting accessories/requirements, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background/knowledge of cameras, lighting, and lenses.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pursuing or has achieved a degree in Business, Engineering, Film or a related field demonstrates your commitment to gaining essential knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage time and plan for follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to gather information, address queries, and efficiently schedule appointments to facilitate the sales process.
  • Educate clients about high speed camera systems in addition to lighting and lens recommendations.
  • Have ownership of general inquiry email and triage correspondences as needed to sales and support team members.
  • Identifying potential leads and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create and maintain a robust database of leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, CRM management, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
