For our Client Development Team we are looking for a Junior Client Development Assistant for a short-term contract until 31 December 2024 in order to tackle our Remediation project.

Your Role:

  • Taking care of customers’ responses from sent KYC (Know your customer) remediation requests.
  • Updating various systems and listings and handing over the files to the next department
  • Making sure that activities are completed in compliance with process.
  • Working in close collaboration with other departments (Operations, Sales, Compliance)

Your Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French: good understanding of business conversation. Any other European language is an asset
  • Very well organised on the administrative part
  • Hands on, autonomous and able to solve problems.
  • Accurate, reliable and client-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
