Junior Cloud Database Engineer

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Cloud service customer service mailbox operation and maintenance (BYD brand, Denza brand)

• Respond to customer inquiries (mostly account opening issues, BYD brand will guide them to dealers; Denza will be handled by BYD in the early stage, and will also be directed to dealers in the later stage)
• Coordinate and solve the after-sales problems reported by customers (if customers feedback other intelligent network after-sales problems, transfer them to local operation and maintenance for processing; if feedback after-sales problems, guide customers to after-sales channels for processing)

1. Cloud service account opening (BYD brand, Denza brand)

• Emergency cloud service account assistance (when the CRM system is abnormal, temporarily help the market open a cloud service account);
• In the early stage of the launch of the Denza brand, a cloud service account was opened (CRM was launched)

1. Collect and organize customer feedback on high-frequency issue
