    What will you do?
    Under the supervision of the Corporate Legal Counsel, you will provide legal assistance to colleagues in other departments in developing arguments and taking decisions.

You are responsible for

  • Answering technical questions, passing on information on procedures, legal information, etc.;
  • Updating legal information using IT tools (SharePoint, databases, etc.);
  • Participating in the drafting of real estate contracts and deeds;
  • Participating in the drafting of contracts relating to the company’s industrial activity (partnerships, co-development, purchasing, etc.);
  • Participating in updating model contracts;
  • Participating in the Corporate Housekeeping (Board of Directors, General Meetings, Mandates, publications in the Moniteur Belge, etc.);
  • Assisting the Finance Department in analysing regulations relating to renewable energy production.

What we expect from you

  • You have a Master’s degree in law, with a preference for commercial and real estate subjects and an interest in energy and territorial planning
  • You have excellent language skills in Dutch with a very good knowledge of French & good knowledge of English
  • You have an interest in renewable energy
  • You are critical, meticulous, autonomous and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You can easily analyse complex issues and explain them in layman’s terms to your colleagues
  • You enjoy communicating and working in teams with different profiles
  • You enjoy learning from and helping your colleagues
  • You have a good sense of humour
