Alfa Laval is currently on an journey where we see great potential with building a global HR service center in Krakow, streamlining our processes ensuring an efficient and effective total HR delivery.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting annual processes within compensation and benefits and working closely with our Global Compensation & Benefit Team and HRBPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support core team in the global annual salary review process, ie. Coordinate trainings, update documentation and supporting materials, collect data from the countries, collaborate with HR teams globally
  • Support with the Long-Term Incentive Plan (creation of the grants for the new plan, payment letters and the process).
  • Ensure Workday is 100% up to date during any time of the year with regards to Short-Term Incentive Plan and the Long-Term Incentive Plan
  • Manage and administer Global Bonus Plan in an efficient way
  • Administer (prepare, send out, compile, analyze, etc) surveys and other input from countries as per specification from Process owner
  • Support pay structure review as per specification from Process Owner
  • Maintain project plans and time lines, ensure we are on track
  • Keep process documentation up to date
  • Do data quality checks in Workday as per given specification and ensure that wrong data gets corrected
  • Manage the data quality template and process with local companies
  • Participate in various meetings with internal Stakeholders and support process owners with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experiences from work within the compensation area or finance background either from an HR Shared Service Center or similar
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail, number oriented
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools, mainly Excel and Word.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
