We are looking for a (Junior) Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our Compliance team at our headquarters in Baar.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit, Forensic Accounting or Compliance Monitoring
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Enrolment in CIA certification programme is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency)
  • Good know-how in using IT applications (in particular, Ms Excel and Ms Word)

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of the Annual Monitoring Plan by supporting with the preparation, execution and reporting of compliance monitoring reviews (including, but not limited to, conducting interviews and process walkthroughs with the relevant stakeholders, executing fieldwork in accordance with the developed testing plans and assisting with the preparation of written review reports)
