Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid knowledge of German language is essential. However, mother tongue command of German is not required
  • University degree in environmental engineering, geology, geography, chemistry or similar. A practical experience in field of EHS or sustainability could be useful instead;
  • High interest to work in international teams;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Able to work on virtual teams across different time zones.
  • Interest/motivation to engage in an exiting and dynamic working environment to drive sustainable performance.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated (Junior) Consultant to support our growing environmental, health & safety (EHS) and sustainability offering. With focus on Germany and Europe, you will work closely with Anthesis colleagues from our national and international network to deliver tailored solutions to our clients. In close cooperation with and supported by experienced colleagues, you will be motivated to bring your personality, knowledge and experience to the company and you will dive into, explore, learn and support projects within international teams of experts from various fields.
We are looking for a full time role but are flexible to accommodate your needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participation in environmental/occupational health and safety consulting projects for various types of industries;
  • Participation in environmental and key health and safety due dilligence assessments
  • Support for coordination of multi-national environmental / health and safety programs
  • Support for Implementation of EHS and sustainability programs
  • Supporting various types of sustainability projects dealing with climate, product stewardship or sustainable strategy
