We’re seeking new colleagues to join our Risk & Finance teams at our Helsinki Office. Our team comprises specialists in risk modeling, risk management, capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting, primarily serving financial institutions. Additionally, we assist clients across various industries with diverse needs. Our approach centers on individualized attention to each customer, addressing complex issues, core business concerns, and risk management support.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduates with a relevant educational background and a keen interest in learning about risk management, risk quantification and reporting in different industries. The main thing is a genuine interest in above mentioned areas and a proactive attitude
• Relevant work experience is seen as an advantage but not an absolute requirement
• Basic understanding of risk management as well as banking regulation frameworks and best practices
• Problem-solving skills to help our clients balance risks and identify business opportunities.
• Programming experience R., Python or SQL is preferable
• Ability to work in English and Finnish. Any other language skill, especially Swedish, is considered an advantage
