My client are looking for a Junior / Assistant CA to join their commercial team with the view of working on commercial projects up to $30m.
- Opportunity to join a growing Tier 2 Builder in Adelaide
- Work across Healthcare, Retail, Apartments and Education projects up to $50m

Join a dynamic team at a Tier 2 Construction Company based in the vibrant city of Melbourne. This company places a huge focus on projects that benefit the community in which they’re built and aims to deliver them with excellence and integrity. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are seeking an Assistant Contracts Administrator to contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer construction contracts for assigned projects.
- Oversee the end phases of projects, including handover, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and variations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Assist in the procurement and negotiation of subcontractor agreements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Understanding of the construction process with a relevant degree
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
