Job Description
Would you like to work in financial administration in one of the world’s leading expert organizations? We are now looking for a junior Controller to Deloitte Finance team to support our Finance business partners and portfolio stakeholders in various reporting and analyzing tasks.
The Finance team plays a key role in supporting our business and is responsible for producing internal reporting and analyzes to support management’s decision-making. The finance team is also responsible for e.g. managing accounting, payment transactions and purchase and sales invoice processes.

At Deloitte we follow a hybrid working model, that provides our professionals the opportunity to work remotely whenever possible. We also expect to see you in the Deloitte office in Helsinki or Tampere, dependent on your location, on weekly basis. With us, you can maintain a balance between work and free time and regular working hours. However, during the busy cut-off of the month, we would hope that you would be able to do a few slightly longer days if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Finance (Economics and Business Administration) or similar relevant educational backround
• You can be a recent graduate or have a couple of years of experience from a similar position
• Good analytical skills and ability to turn numbers and data into insights to support business decision making
• Good collaboration skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
• Fluency both in English and Finnish language
• The ability to work well individually, as we as part of a hybrid team

• Controlling support to portfolios, including:
• weekly & monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting,
• finance support for the portfolio/ offering leadership team
• close communication with the portfolio’s / offering’s staffing manager and HR business partner
• Firm level weekly and monthly finance reporting
• Finance reporting and support of the C&I team with focus on sales topics
• Finance support (e.g. data/ profitability analyses) for the engagement teams working with our key strategic clients
• Ad hoc support for the other finance business partner team members
