ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organised person to join our Credit & Risk team as a Junior Credit Analyst. The Junior Credit Analyst will review, approve, and set up credit limits on new and existing client accounts, complete periodic reviews and prepare (and present) daily portfolio reports; as well as delivering on any assigned projects. This can include obtaining credit data, maintaining and administering credit applications, and liaising with sales consultants to gain clarity or supporting information if or when required. * This role can be performed from our offices in Sydney AU, Singapore or Auckland NZ *

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

  • Analysis of financial statements, credit, and business information to establish credit limits.
  • Approval of credit request within a delegated lending authority.
  • Recommending suitable credit limits to a higher approval authority when exceeding delegated lending authority.
  • Maintain internal control standards and adherence to credit policies and internal methodologies.
  • Liaise with internal departments, Sales, Compliance, Legal and Operations.
  • Credit administrative duties.
  • Managing transactions queues to release transactions for processing.
  • Daily overlimit, margin call and breach reporting.
  • Contribute to the growth of our business and achievement of business targets.
