SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

The objective of the Liberty Bank Professional Development Program is to assist participants in transitioning from academic life to a fulfilling career at Liberty Bank. The program introduces concepts like credit underwriting, finance and accounting skills, and provides valuable experience translating business needs into analysis and sound credit decisions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred
  • While all majors will be considered, business –related majors are preferred
  • Ability to work well independently and with others in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment
  • Detail-focused with a focus on delivering quality results
  • Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional Presence
