General Description
We’re looking for an outstanding (Junior) CRM Manager (m/f/d) with a combination of technical skills, analytical ability and creativity that allows them to develop and execute successful CRM strategies. As (Junior) CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Performance Marketing team and reporting to the VP Performance & Growth.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute our CRM strategy to support company goals
  • Create successful revenue-generating and brand-building campaigns using insights and creative initiative
  • Manage and optimize marketing automations, including transactional emails
  • Drive lead generation through onsite, social media, competitions, and giveaways
  • Manage and grow our community by increasing subscriber base through on-brand activities
  • Maintain a healthy and engaged database through insightful targeting and segmentation
  • Analyze CRM performance and generate optimization reports
  • Implement A/B testing plans to validate optimization hypotheses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand, IT and BI teams

Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in CRM, preferably in e-commerce
  • Experience with email service providers like Klaviyo, and HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Studio is a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in a dynamic environment
  • Independent and proactive, with plenty of ideas
  • Customer-centric mindset: Ability to develop strategies that prioritize the customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a data-driven and analytical manner.
  • Results-oriented: Track record of achieving results and meeting KPIs.
  • Continuous learner: Growth mindset and constantly seeking to learn and improve skills and knowledge.
  • Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is a plus
