Responsibilities:
- Communication regarding readiness (order confirmations, etc.)
- Creation of OOR (open order report)
- Answering customer questions (or forwarding or clarifying internally and answering)
- Cleaning up contacts in system (Navision)
- Customer inquiries regarding forecast, as well as revision/ sync
- Customer inquiries regarding incoterms (FCA, etc.)
- Preparation of tables (new orders, postponements)
- After demo: Definition of processes
- Other various admin tasks
