We are currently looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager (all genders) based in Germany or working remote.

  • Collecting and updating all info for the database
  • Admin and Credit Management
  • First Level Support for all B2B customers
  • Resolving of customer issues
  • Welcoming and onboarding new students
  • Keeping track of payments
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Keeping a “high-level view” of the entire support process and constantly improve workflows
  • Bridge the gap between sales and customer support
