Description:

At Fashion Cloud we are transforming the fashion industry and supporting our customers through our solid base of software products.
We are a team of over 120 people across 2 offices, Amsterdam and Hamburg…and hiring. That’s why we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who will join our Customer support team in Amsterdam for a 6-month period of time.
Junior Customer Support Manager (m/f/d)
You will be the point of contact for our fashion retailers and brands, and you ensure that new customers can use our products. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams internally, solve puzzles (aka understand and solve customer issues) and have fun.

What are you going to do?

  • You will become part of a support team where you work specifically with customers.
  • You help customers when they get stuck using our products, monitor their success, and provide input for product improvements.
  • You take on the onboarding of new customers, ensure that customer satisfaction is high and answer all questions.

What you will need?

  • Of course you know better, but we already have an idea:
  • You are enthusiastic about “Customer focus”
  • You are communicative, multitasking and have a positive attitude.
  • Structure, organized work and reliability are an integral part of your DNA.
  • The classic: you have solid Excel skills.
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.
