Junior Cyber Security Engineer- Fixed Salary up to €60,000- (Fluent German Needed) Location - Saxony-Anhalt
This company is a very large IT system house with over 50 employees specializing in telecommunications, IT, printing, software, IT security, and cloud solutions.
They now focus in the healthcare and industrial sector,

In this role you will support the IT Security team in various responsibilities like:

• Develop and Implement Security Concepts: Understand terms like firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, and MFA.
• Analyze and Improve Security: Familiar with vulnerability analysis, SIEM, Nessus, and penetration testing.
• Integrate Security Components: Know endpoint protection, anti-malware, and IAM.
• Conduct Penetration Tests and Audits: Use tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nikto.
• Implement Compliance Policies: Know standards like ISO 27001,
• Conduct Training and Collaborate: Provide compliance training and work in the IT security team.

Essential:

• IT system integration experience.
• Worked as an IT administrator or system engineer.
• Proficient in Linux, especially Kali Linux or Parrot OS.
• Strong understanding of networking, perimeter security, and IT security.
• Experience in implementing IT security solutions.
• C1 level German and English
