• Placing repair orders: You will be responsible for placing repair orders with our network of qualified garages.
• Cost calculation: You assess the damage to the vehicles and prepare cost estimates for the repairs. Don’t worry, if you haven’t done this before, we’ll teach you.
• Invoicing: You send invoices to customers and process any complaints.
• You are the contact person* for colleagues* and external partners*.
