JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

Tigonthrive Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support our HR consulting services. This is a remote position with the potential for occasional travel for team meetings and client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Python or R.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.

• Collect and organize data from various sources to support HR consulting projects.
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and generate reports to provide insights into HR metrics.
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support senior analysts in data analysis projects and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Document methodologies and procedures for data collection and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
