POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Reporting and Analytics, the Junior Data and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for managing a master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. The majority of the work focuses on the creation and delivery of reports for various stakeholders, both internal and external. The person in this role will be integral in producing consistent, timely and accurate reports to support customer retention and market differentiation, while actively contributing on the development of our internal processes!

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and maintain report templates, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions within Excel and various BI tools
  • Clean data and contribute to the delivery of high-quality reports and templates
  • Analyze and visualize data in areas such as client experience, business performance, and clinical outcomes, summarizing data into useful insights
  • Consistently approach work with the goal of increasing efficiency, looking for opportunities to redesign and improve processes
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting
  • Ensure quality controls that have been implemented are met and up to departmental standards

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Curious, self-starter who excels working independently and within a team environment
  • University or College degree in health sciences, psychology, business, or analytics
  • Strong skills and experience working with Excel (familiarity with pivot tables, formulas, charts, graphs, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with data, data manipulation, and producing reports
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver with keen focus on detail
  • A positive and energetic approach to work, coupled with a can-do attitude and ability to navigate changing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills: ability to tailor your message to the audience, and translate data into clear stories
  • Experience and/or demonstrated interest in health, health and wellness benefits, mental health, or psychology
