ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about design and creativity with a flair for digital aesthetics? Then get ready to unleash your design creativity in the world of skincare as we’re on the lookout for a talented Junior Designer to join our creative powerhouse!
You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching social media and website visuals that will elevate Tropic’s visual, online presence to new heights whilst becoming a brand champion and ensuring seamless consistency across every digital platform. But that’s not all! We want you to push the creative envelope, dreaming up innovative and fresh content that will leave our audience constantly wowed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Compelling Social Media Content: Develop and design outstanding digital assets tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including Instagram stories, educational carousels, and eye-catching Facebook covers.
• Enhance Our Website: Produce creative web banners and engaging illustrations for our blog posts, ensuring each piece resonates with our clean, organic ethos.
• Drive Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent, on-brand aesthetic across all digital channels, ensuring every design aligns seamlessly with Tropic Skincare’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate Creatively: Participate in brainstorming sessions and share innovative ideas that reflect the latest trends and inspiring designs for Tropic’s social media and website content.
• Support and Inspire: Assist our design team with various duties including printed material design, photo retouching, and logistical support during photoshoots and company events.
