Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support the work of the Senior End-User Marketing communication managers:
  • Participate in the planning, development and execution of 360° campaigns with end-user focus to build desirability for roof windows and drive leads into the funnel.
  • Contribute to the design of communication and promotional materials for online and offline channels.
  • Support website content development with content briefs for articles, visual selections, ebook creations.
  • Prepare copies for newsletters.
  • Manage the localization process of campaign and any other kind of communication materials:
  • Coordinate the translation/copywriting and translation/copywriting validation with involved parties.
  • Manage the formatting and localized creative asset delivery based on production lists and deliverables lists.
  • Main contact person to translation agency and localization agency.
  • Secure that brand identity rules are followed.
  • Control that creative assets English masters are followed, tone of voice rules and directions are kept.
  • Support voiceover recordings.
  • Manage subtitling and voiceover of videos in selected software.
  • Continuously develop localization process for quality and efficiency gains.
  • Open to test and use AI technologies (e.g. translation AI, voiceover AI etc.)
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of user stories (photo and video shootings incl. interviews) with homeowners:
  • Train local marketing coordinators on process and guidelines.
  • Gather information for decision making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving.
  • Cooperating with creative and translation agencies, other relevant vendors.
    You will be based at Budapest, Hungary and be a part of a global organisation, where you will support 14 markets with 14 languages. You can expect to travel approximately 30 days annually – both nationally and internationally.
