The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.
Have you completed your studies and are now looking forward to starting a professional career? As Junior Expert Human Resources with a focus on international recruitment, you will support Welthungerhilfe’s Regional HR Team, particularly in international HR work, and will be jointly responsible for the development and implementation of HR projects in Germany and abroad. This will give you a practical insight into the HR work of an NGO and expand your HR expertise in a global context. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant contribution to the further development of our global HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR projects and/or strategies within the Regional HR Team
  • Supporting Regional HR Management with regard to technical and strategic issues
  • Support in designing and publishing of job advertisements
  • Support in strengthening employer branding and the employee journey experience
  • Evaluation and monitoring of recruitment activities
  • Assisting with recruitment (creating shortlists, preparing for and following up on interviews/meetings and conducting interviews)
  • Supporting HR managers in the further development and quality assurance of global HR standards in Welthungerhilfe’s country offices
