For our Brussels office, we are looking for a Junior Facility Assistant to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in office management, administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and fluent in French or Dutch.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proactive approach, strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Facility Assistant will primarily support facility operations, with occasional duties as backup for reception, and will report directly to our Senior Facility Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Possess a good understanding of technical matters, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining office equipment, such as tablets and charging stations.
- Aid in ordering office supplies and sourcing new suppliers.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve office operations.
- Coordinate and organize company events, which includes scheduling, logistics, and communication with vendors and participants.
- Adapt and evolve in the role, with a focus on facility management tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls as backup for reception.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
