Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and operationally astute Junior Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in our financial operations, supporting our strategic goals while ensuring the efficient management of our financial resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency
- Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail guarantee precise financial reporting and seamless invoice processing
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, including daily activities like payment runs and allocation of incoming payments
- Administer business credit cards and expense reimbursement, ensuring accurate documentation
- Provide prompt support on billing-related inquiries and offer financial guidance and support to team members to enhance understanding and compliance
- Provide monthly reporting and support annual financial statements
- Collaborate across functions to improve financial processes
- Conduct financial analysis and support contract negotiations
- Monitor document compliance and handle administrative tasks
- Assist with office management and administrative tasks as needed
