• Management and administration of our invoices
• Capture and pre-book our business transactions in Spendesk
• Accounts payable accounting
• Administration of wages and preparatory payroll accounting
• Process payment transactions
• Interface to our tax consultant
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including forecasts with our different departments
• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• You are a career starter and would like to gain initial experience in the field of financial management
• You have a very good command of English and German
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You have a good understanding of figures and economic relationships
