Description:
- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to selection.
- Proactively source and engage with candidates using various channels.
- Promote employer brand and enhance the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and make informed hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 0-2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment metrics.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced global environment.
