Job Description
The Junior Global Talent Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of Schréder’s global strategy for people and organisation development. This role focuses on creating an engaging and inclusive experience for employees while enabling our organisation to navigate future challenges successfully. The position covers responsibilities in implementing People & Culture strategies across various areas, including organisational development, learning and development, organisational culture, engagement, talent attraction, talent management and retention, employer branding, internal communication, HR systems management, people analytics and DEI.
This role involves participating in and designing global projects and helping support regional teams. It’s an agnostic role, meaning this position will keep all of Schréder while balancing a global strategic perspective with a regional execution focus. A self-motivated team player must play this role with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a sense of accountability for our team projects.
This position belongs to the Global People & Culture team and reports to the Global Talent Manager.

Your day-to-day life will be focused on:

  • Plan and implement the internal communication of People & Culture demands.
  • Create internal communication content, including posts, posters, campaigns, etc.
  • Support the creation of initiatives to foster People & Culture Strategy and support business transformation.
  • Develop activities to promote and incite Schréder’s organisational culture and values.
  • Support the implementation of Schréder’s learning culture by designing learning paths and implementing internal tools and activities.
  • Develop and implement Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Develop and implement Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop policies, procedures and guidelines for the different People & Culture projects.
  • Track the defined KPIs for People & Culture and contribute.
  • Investigate and benchmark the current trends in Talent Management;
  • Be a Superuser of the HR tools and systems.
  • Support execution of engagement actions.
  • Support global training implementation.
  • Contribute to the organisation and maintenance of all projects and processes in the area.
  • Close collaboration and liaise with People & Culture Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate process maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365.
  • Some knowledge of key talent management concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Degree in Human Resources or correlated areas.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and analytical thinking is a plus.
