If you have a passion for design and the ability to turn a creative vision into a stunning visual reality, then you could be the perfect addition to our marketing team.
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who wants to practise their passion and turn creative ideas into marketing materials that do more than please the eye.
You will be working across multiple disciplines in a fast-moving environment and be adaptable to turning your hand to a wide range of design tasks.
That could mean creating a coordinated social media campaign during a morning to designing impactful tender slides and interactive flipbooks in an afternoon.
Our marketing team is our own in-house agency, creating printed and online collateral, electronic and direct mail campaigns as well as providing full-service marketing support.
And most importantly, you’ll be part of an enthusiastic team who loves transforming ideas into materials that tell Commercial’s ever-evolving story in a fresh, exciting, and engaging way.

• Design promotional material; posters, leaflets, adverts, signage, campaign collateral etc
• Create content for use on digital platforms; websites, social ads, promotional screens etc.
• Produce marketing material; exhibition panels, publications, PowerPoint presentations, campaign eBooks, etc
• Amend existing designs to deliver a coherent look to all creative collateral
• Be a key player within a fast-paced marketing team
• Assist with other marketing duties such as social media scheduling, website updates, photo manipulation.
• Help to choose the most suitable materials and styles for projects
• Produce mock-ups or computer visuals to show stakeholders and help to obtain approval of concept
• Produce final layouts with exact specifications for typefaces, bleed, letter size and colours ready for production
• Support in organising events and facilitate their success
• Be creative in the creation of campaigns
