SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Experience of working to brand graphic guidelines.
  • Previous experience working in agency or brand side would be a bonus.
  • Understanding of both print and digital design.
  • Must be highly organised and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in aftereffects and or Premiere Pro an advantage.
  • 1-2 Years industry experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An engaging and original portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in all manner of visual creative and design trends.
  • Ability to conform to strict deadline-oriented projects and works well in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to confidently interact and communicate within the team.
  • Design degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting into the Senior Creative Designer, you’ll be working alongside other designers and copywriters, while collectively working with the wider Creative and Marketing teams.
You will know the best-in-class design and operation practices to create engaging concepts that are on brief, on brand and on time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment - having the ability to work on multiple briefs and confidently presenting ideas back to the business.
We are looking for someone that brings real energy and confidence to the business with a proactive approach to pushing the brand’s creativity further whilst maintaining its core values that reflect and enhance the brand tone of voice in its global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce high quality graphics, images and illustrations that will contribute to a wide variety of marketing projects.
  • Follow creative direction for each project, while working collaboratively to enhance and define a project from start to finish. With a detailed understanding of the brand to ensure brand elements are consistently applied to work.
  • Some experience liaising with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed at the highest quality.
  • Working as part of a team with copywriters, content managers etc. to ensure that consistent and high standards are maintained, and the needs of the business are met.
  • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that will reflect the message tailored to our audience.
  • Continue to build the brands creative reputation through developing innovative, highly creative graphics for both internal and external audiences.
  • Understand, protect, and drive the brand values and guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency of creative/brand message to support all areas of the business across all platforms.
  • Establish the style guidelines through fresh and sophisticated, high-quality graphic design.
  • Maintain design specifications and quality through all phases of a project.
  • Assist with the management of assets, typography, logos, icons, and branding.
  • Effectively communicate with other members of the team to ensure designs are on-brand.
