WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related field
• Adobe CS – In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and CMS
• Excellent core graphic design, typography, layout and digital standards
• Experience designing cross platform (in fashion or lifestyle preferably) – understanding the specifics or designing for Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Apps
• Interest in Fashion and eCommerce
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A strong work ethic and innovative approach to all tasks
• Proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative
• An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure and work across multiple projects

WHAT IS THE ROLE

Are you interested in the retail fashion industry and have experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and have HTML knowledge? We are looking for a creative, forward thinking individual to join our Design team as a Graphic Designer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in the career. You will be involved in the design, update & upkeep of our international e-commerce sites as well as online and offline marketing design.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to work face to face, on the phone and through email. You’ll have a meticulous eye for detail, and a keen understanding of our target audience. With a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver a balanced workload to achieve targets and deadlines, you’ll be a welcome team player, in a dynamic working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Homepage & Landing Pages:

• Working with the design and marketing teams to create new concepts, and execute layout and concepts.
• Working collaboratively with the Creative Manager and the rest of the design team on weekly site refreshes.
• Understanding multi-channel design, with priority of mobile design.

Email marketing:

• Designing email newsletters with a trading/marketing focus.
• Gathering translations from the in-house translators and creating artwork.
• Building email newsletters using our ESP. Responsible for proofing and signing off all emails.

Everyday:

• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Working with our in-house translators to update any UK graphics for our international customers
• Keep up to date with what competitors in the market are doing.
• Identifying opportunity to utilise new channels and technologies.
• Analysis of current site to help develop creative ideas and concepts to drive traffic and improve customer journey/experience.
