Description:

For our Group Funding & Asset Liability Management team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated
Responsibilities:
• Identifying, assessing, structuring, negotiating and concluding financing transactions, ranging from senior loans to securitisation
structures
- Maintaining and managing relationships with our financing partners
- Regular internal reporting to the Management Board and the Asset Liability Committee of the group
- Coordinating the economic, legal and ESG review of financing contracts
- Following and analysing relevant capital market developments
- Analysing and reviewing the profile and performance of the group’s security portfolio
- Supporting the process of granting internal guarantees, hybrid equity, subordinated debt, senior loans and standby lines by the parent
company, ProCredit Holding, to its subsidiaries
