Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF & etc;
- Maintain and update employee daily attendance and leave management;
- Responsible for employee’s recruitment, appraisal, confirmation, compensation & etc;
- Maintain and ensure implementation of proper policies, employee’s handbook, working procedure and other rules and regulation;
- Able to handle Private and Confidential matters and issues, eg personal information, staffs insurance and well maintain employees’ file and data;
- Maintain record of company properties, such as company car, laptop, arrange renewal of road tax and vehicle insurance;
- To provide administration and operation duties to the department which includes correspondence, time management, filing and upkeep of office equipment;
- Assist Managing Director in any assigned task; and
- Other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
