Currently we are looking for a French- and Italian-speaking specialist who will join our HR Administration department.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken French (at least C1) – the level of language will be verified
  • Knowledge of German and/or Italian would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of English (at least B1)
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset
  • Systematic and efficient time management, used to work to a deadline
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to handle tasks and assignments independently
  • Fast learning and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

  • HR administration for our client in Switzerland (Swiss capital group)
  • Job offers verification and posting on internal and external platforms
  • Registration/entering of new hires in the system (SuccessFactors)
  • Entering and maintaining of employee data (SuccessFactors/SAP) – changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, personal data changes, terminations etc.
  • Close collaboration with HR Recruitment/Administration Teams in Switzerland
