Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned human resources tasks with oversight from senior team members
- Conduct research, collects and distill data to affect human capital solutions to ensure operational requirements are met
- Assess and recommend available tools to support human resources implementations and operations
- Obtain data and reports for presentations and client meetings
- Make use of proprietary tools, methods, and processes in performing project tasks
- Assist with the creation of presentations
- Develop task plans and understanding best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
- Support teams in providing all components of human resources services including, but not limited to, advise, implement, and operate services of people, process, and technology
