QUALIFICATION SKILLS

• Languages – Finnish and English, professional level
• Knowledge of the Finnish labor laws
• Knowledge time and attendance
• Languages - Finnish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of experience working in HR in Finland, preferably in payroll and employee communication.
• Experience of using Nepton and knowledge of shift work is considered beneficial but not mandatory.

• Assisting employees and organization on daily topics (Time and attendance, benefits, payroll).
• Handling on and off-boarding tasks.
• Co-operating with payroll and time and attendance service providers.
• Coordinating the employer side cost payments.
• Support international payroll team on the Finnish salary process, from the time management to the payment.
• Co-operate with local shareholders to ensure compliance with legislation. (Union, law firms etc.)
• Support the well being program held in the unit
• Deployment of other corporate HR programs
