Responsibilities:

Account related services: Account Create, Account Modify, Account Delete, Account Lock and Unlock
Emergency Termination, Password Reset, IRON Key Administration, LOA Override
On-boarding users to DTP, Troubleshooting Login related issues, ECN User List uploads
Access IT Governance
Identity Management & Authentication
Support Hours: 24 x 5 including public holidays
