YOUR SKILLS

• You have completed your Master’s degree in the business, engineering or chemical field
• Ideally you gained first working experience as a Project Manager (1-2years) or more experience in a Project Management related role
• You can show us that Project Management is your passion
• You are keen about Automotive, and potentially also worked within this environment
• You are a great communicator who brings people together and helping them focusing on the right target
• You do, instead of thinking who can do it
• MS Office is part of your daily work live, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and MS Project
• Very good English and German language skills

• Drive the Automotive change to e-mobility by being part of the Automotive Innovation Project Management
• Steer Innovation Projects and help to launch the next generation of Automotive Adhesives
• Stand up for your project in front of the management to report the status, KPIs and to highlight risks
• Guide the project team through challenging dynamic developments and ensure that changes are properly tracked
• Be the troubleshooter and keep an eye on timing, cost and quality of the Project
• Build your network within Henkel Adhesive Technologies to improve our Project Management
• Meet customers and colleagues at the collaborating plants (travel up to 30%)
• Work in a diverse Project Management Team, which supports and develops each other
• Get to know Henkel’s exciting Portfolio of Automotive products, especially E-Mobility applications
• Develop yourself to become an experienced Project Manager who sets the rhythm in international Projects
