YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Our Kitchener’s office is looking for a Junior Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:
- Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence including processing mailouts
- Entering documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database, preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings
- Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring and follow-up
- Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
- If you have previous Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
- Ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skillsAbility to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
