  • Position: Part-Time IT Support Engineer
  • Qualifications: Strong in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), MDM solutions (Miradore, Samsung Knox), Microsoft O365, and troubleshooting.
  • Role: Maintenance of hardware, technical support, OS setup, troubleshooting, peripheral setup, and software updates.
  • Environment: Collaborative, tech-driven, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Salary: from €35.000 gross yearly (for full-time)

Tasks

  • Be the backbone of our tech infrastructure by maintaining computer hardware components to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Offer stellar technical support via phone, email, or in person. You’re the go-to guru.
  • Set up operating systems tailored to specific requirements – making sure every machine is ready to go.
  • Dive into troubleshooting software and hardware issues, ensuring a swift resolution.
  • Help out with printers, scanners, and other peripherals, ensuring they’re all in tip-top shape.
  • Keep our software applications up-to-date and running like a dream.

Requirements

  • A strong grasp of computer systems, networks, and peripherals – you know the ins and outs.
  • Proficiency in operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. It’s like speaking three languages, but cooler.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Miradore, Samsung Knox, etc.) and managing Microsoft Office 365 services.
  • A knack for diagnosing and fixing those pesky software and hardware issues.
  • An understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) – because the internet isn’t just magic.
