A market-leading media company (specialising in VR solutions for entertainment and enterprise) are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their team. While working flexible shifts, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of products and services to ensure clients’ requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provide remote support for hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
  • Respond promptly within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Maintain continuous focus on a task until completion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously
  • Test and evaluate new technology
