AS A JR. IT SUPPORT OFFICER FOR THE APPLIKE GROUP, YOU WILL KEEP OUR OFFICE INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECH SETUP RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND SUPPORT A SMALL TEAM’S ACTIVITIES.

• Provides first and second-level support
• Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
• You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software (macOS, windows and Linux platforms)
• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
• Proper management of the IT warehouse
• Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
• Manage over 250 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
• Ensure proper security of our computers and network
• Contributes to the company’s IT journey towards zero touch and ISO 27001 certification
